Read the room, not the headline
The Khao Sok Lake superior description allows a fan or air conditioning. It lists a private bathroom, but the word “superior” alone does not establish AC. If cooling is essential, ask for the room specification in writing before booking.
Thailand Escapes’ Krabi offer describes a fan and shared bathroom. A shared facility can be acceptable when chosen deliberately; it should not be discovered after comparing prices as if the rooms were equal.
Air conditioning has operating hours
Khaolak Planner lists an air-conditioned bungalow and electricity from 18:00 to 06:00. Do not infer daytime electricity or continuous cooling from the AC label. Confirm operating hours for the assigned property and date.
The property may be assigned later
The Khaolak Planner listing names Phupa Waree, Laguna Cheow Lan and Keereewarin according to availability. A gallery may show more than one property. Ask what happens if the proposed raft house changes and which cancellation conditions apply.
A useful written question
“For this date and room option, please confirm the raft house, private or shared bathroom, fan or AC, electricity hours, room occupancy and all extra charges.” Keep the reply with your booking confirmation.
